Yanqui is a CMOS oscillator with a fixed, randomly chosen frequency. the only way to modify the tuning is to replace the timing component (1 resistor, one capacitor), following a handy equation on the rear. It outputs a (roughly) 5vpp reverse sawtooth-ish signal.
Yanqui is 4HP, skiff-friendly, and draws about 50ma on the +12v rail.
